MailMate crashing on Smart Folder creation

Hello,

Just updated to "Revision 5552 (Saturday, November 3, 2018) — Version 1.12.1".

Attempting to create a new smart folder under a mailbox synced with a Gmail IMAP source. As soon as I attempt to select the following smart folder condition:

CONDITION -> ALL of the following are true -> Message is not -> Read

MailMate "quits unexpectedly"

- State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”
Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane to get a fixed update. I'll probably have to get it out as a public release too.
