Weekday in English instead of German

Hi :)
I've set MmLocaleDateIdentifier to de_DE:
defaults read com.freron.MailMate MmLocaleDateIdentifier de_DE
My ReplyWroteString contains %A, which is replaced by the English name of the day of the week:
defaults read com.freron.MailMate MmReplyWroteString ...Datum: %A, %d. %B %Y %k:%M...
Result: "Datum: Thursday, 11. September 2025 15:26"
Is it possible to display the German name of the day of the week?
