Custom Resource Files Ignored

I created these three files as explained in the email message linked below:
messagePartConditions.plist
relativePaths.plist
filenames.plist

I've double checked the syntax in each file, yet MailMate is not picking up any of my additions. Is this feature still supported, or has it been removed? I am using the latest test build r6292.
Incidentally, I am also using a custom messageVerifications.plist file, and that one works perfectly.
