I've found that with the renaming issue, quitting/re-opening MailMate often solves the problem.

Prism is listed in Settings, Composer in Version 1.14 (5942).

I usually switch between mailboxes with:
- custom key bindings - perform a search which defaults to the "All Messages" mailbox

Working again (though with the same columns problem). I think this was my VPN crashing, not MailMate, so I'd call this resolved.
