Love MailMate!. However, I must be missing something obvious–how do I set message priority? Thanks!

There is little GUI support for this. Mostly because it is a very badly standardized feature. One could even argue that it's kind of useless (the whole concept of the sender deciding how important an email is to the recipient).

It is possible though using a low-level feature of MailMate. Look for MmAdditionalComposerHeaders on this manual page.

Maybe I'll make this more integrated some day, but it's not in the immediate future of MailMate.
