Standard Mailboxes cannot be renamed or reordered

The standard folders cannot be renamed or reordered, nor can
they be hidden.
I would prefer not to see 'All Messages' or at least to move it to
the end of the list of folders. This is not possible. Neither is
renaming.
(OSX 10.6.7 Mailmate 1.0.2 Gmail and other)

I have changed it such that standard mailboxes can be renamed.
I'll think about reordering/hiding (standard) mailboxes. This might be best solved by introducing some kind of favorite set of mailboxes. I'll leave this ticket open for this issue, but I do not expect a solution soon.
