Standard Mailboxes cannot be renamed or reordered

The standard folders cannot be renamed or reordered, nor can they be hidden.
I would prefer not to see 'All Messages' or at least to move it to the end of the list of folders. This is not possible. Neither is renaming.

    I have changed it such that standard mailboxes can be renamed.

    I'll think about reordering/hiding (standard) mailboxes. This might be best solved by introducing some kind of favorite set of mailboxes. I'll leave this ticket open for this issue, but I do not expect a solution soon.
