Can you please look up my issue when I encounter upon writing a new email?

Please note, that I am using my email account yoo@mm.st but the Mailmate indicates jyoo33@uic.edu@imap.gmail.com.
I used to use jyoo33@gmail.uic.edu and I deleted that account from MailMate.
