Junk Mail Setting

Hi, can you tell me how to set email from a sender and subject like this PERMANENTLY as not junk. Please see linked screen grab below. I click on mark as not junk, but it always comes in next time as junk mail.

    MailMate doesn't mark the email as junk (this can only be done by using SpamSieve or server-side junk filtering). What you see is the default image blocking. This is configurable in the Security preferences pane. You can read more about it here.

    It is possible to setup a system for trusting senders and get what I think you are looking for: Disabling image blocking for trusted senders
