Markdown Preview Not Updating When Generate HTML Body Part Is Not Selected

When Generate HTML Body Part is selected in the composer, then the preview output will switch from plain text to HTML once Markdown syntax is used. However, if Generate HTML Body Part is not selected, then the preview output will not switch from plain text to HTML until the draft is saved. The preferred behavior would be for the preview output to make this switch without the extra step of saving the draft.

Yes, it appears I broke this with some recent changes. It may be a couple of days before I have time to fix it. Sorry about that.
