Hotmail Inbox not Syncing to unified inbox

When I receive a new email through my hotmail account it goes into my hotmail account inbox but not the unified inbox I have 3 email accounts set up within Mailmate and Hotmail is the only one that will not go into the unified email box, can I fix this in settings or is it a problem with mail mate?

    I have a vague recollection of having seen this problem before although with Yahoo. This was because the inbox of the account was named “Inbox” instead of the standard IMAP name “INBOX”. You can look in the account under SOURCES to see if this might be the issue (although I think I fixed it).

    What about the children mailboxes of the universal Inbox? Can you see the emails there?

    I assume you can locate the emails in the INBOX in the account under SOURCES?
