From: header loses initial single quote

MailMate does not display the initial ' character when confronted with a From: header like this:

From: "'Example' via Example" <example@example.com>

Steps

1. Configure an identity with the following name:

   'Example' via Example
   

2. Send yourself an e-mail using the identity

3. View the e-mail. The From: information is displayed without the leading ' as follows:

   Example' via Example
   

   it should be:

   'Example' via Example
   

   This defect affects these places:

   • From column in the message list
   • From field in the message detail header
   • The identities drop-down in the composer
