improvements to save attachments menu options

When right-clicking on an attachment these two options are present:
"Save Attachment" "Save Attachment..."
It's confusing to tell how these may differ without playing with them.
It would be nice to also have in this right-click menu the "Save Attachments..." (possibly worded differently for clarity, "Save All Attachments..."?) that is currently found in the "Message" titlebar menu, that's what I would most commonly use as opposed to a single attachment.
