Add Show Raw Message to Contextual Menu

I'd like to be able to show the raw text for a message right from within the Inbox or other mailbox by right- or control-clicking, without having to find it in the View menu.
It'd also be nice to have a "medium rare" message option, so I could copy an e-mail with the basic header information (From, To, Subject, Date) to paste in somewhere (for example, to paste a software purchase or registration e-mail into the Notes field in a password program). The way the e-mail panel works it is not possible to select the header information, but the way the raw text works, there is way too much information from the header.
