Can I easily send and resize pictures from iPhoto to Mailmate?
Right now it seems I have to export them (to resize them) then attach them to an email. With Mac Mail I could just drag the images to the program icon and choose the photo compression in the email.
I realise Mailmate is designed more for business users, but just thought I'd check.

No, that is not currently possible. The plan is to implement a general system for “manipulating” attachments and therefore this is related to ticket #502 (in the sense that a solution to one of these problems is likely also a solution for the other problem).
