[Gmail] Messages that have multiple labels appear duplicated

For instance in the "All Messages" folder I have threads with many duplicates because of multiple labels.

Essentially, this is a side-effect of the non-standard behavior of Gmail, but I recently tried introducing a nice workaround for this: Mapping Gmail labels to MailMate tags. Read more about that here.

I'll give it another try but I've been surprised by the fact that mapped tags disappeared from the list of mailboxes and couldn't select or quickly see how many unread mails I had. I'm not completely sure of how tags work. (Also I had to completely resync those tags.)
