Not receiving mail

I haven't had a new email for 22 hours in MailMate. There have been about 20 sent to me in that time. I have OSX 10.9.1 and version 4025. I use GMail.

If you look under SOURCES in the mailbox outline is the account then online? In particular is the INBOX drawn with a bold font (this shows that it is fully synchronized and waiting for new messages to arrive).

I don't see a "sources" pick under the mailbox tab. Is this what you mean by "Outline?" Inbox is not bold.

In the list of mailboxes to the left there is two main sections, MAILBOXES and SOURCES. It's under SOURCES that you can see the online state of accounts and mailboxes.
