Show/Hide Toolbar bug

If you hide the toolbar in windowed mode and then take MM fullscreen, you can't show it. In fact the View menu shows "Hide Toolbar" in fullscreen even though it is already hidden.
Works if you hide the toolbar in fullscreen mode to begin with.
