Keyboard shortcut to switch between email addresses

I tried setting up a system similar to David Sparks' setup in Mail.app, where a keyboard shortcut can be used to switch between e-mail addresses when composing a message. It looks like MailMate registers the keyboard shortcut but pressing it doesn't switch addresses. Any ideas?

Sorry, but no. I guess the menu is not “static enough” to make it work. The best you can do is to use the ⌃⌘I shortcut to open the menu.
(I do have plans to change how selecting an identity works. Part of it is about making it easier to change it.)
