Crash when trying to edit an automatically generated crash report
Reported by Bruce Steinberg | November 3rd, 2013 @ 05:24 PM
Hi Benny,
I just tried to edit an OmniFocus created email crash report and MailMate immediately crashed.
Unfortunately, the crash seems to have lost the email, but I am attaching the MailMate crash report.
My best,
Bruce

OmniFocus crashed and it allowed you to send the crash report using MailMate -- and then MailMate crashed?
The attached crash report unfortunately seems to be incomplete. But MailMate also asks you to be allowed to send crash reports and I got one from you that way.
It would be great if this was a reproducible issue. Could you try again?
You can crash OmniFocus like this (from the Terminal):
killall -ABRT OmniFocus
I tried it myself, but MailMate did not crash.

I couldn't reproduce it either. Thanks for the info about using killall to induce a crash.
It must have been some other combination of things. The crash report had been sitting there for a few days before I got around to filling out the User Details.
My best,
