Still can't go online with a couple of accounts

Two of three accounts are offline. The "Take Online" menu option is greyed out. I can send but not receive messages. I downloaded latest version (3790). I know server is online because I am getting messages on my iPhone. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

The “Take Online” menu item is only available when right-clicking mailboxes under SOURCES. Can this explain it?
This could be categorized as a bug since MailMate states that the mailbox is offline (e.g., under the universal Inbox). Thanks for making me aware of that (I only do this under SOURCES since for me that it is the “server”-related area).
