The default reply string/format seems to be:

Would it be possible to customize this to use
X-SimpleLogin-Envelope-From and
X-SimpleLogin-Original-From , but only for e-mails
originating from SimpleLogin?
I tried using them, but it's not working (i get an empty
result.)
Here's some example info from an incoming e-mail:
X-SimpleLogin-Type: Forward
X-SimpleLogin-Envelope-From: support@xxxx.zendesk.com
X-SimpleLogin-Original-From: Maria
<support@xxxx.zendesk.com>
X-SimpleLogin-Envelope-To: user@mail.mydomain.nl
