Add option to display quota usage

MailMate should provide some mechanism to display information on an account's IMAP quota and current usage.

    The latest test release shows the quota percentage used in the SOURCES list (when it's supported). This is a first step to see how well supported it is by servers (and if it works in MailMate).

    Thanks for implementing this, looking good.

    I particularly like the implementation in recent versions that moves quota information to the context menu and only shows it in the sources list when a configured threshold is exceeded.

    A visual level indicator has been added below the mailbox list. It shows the quota level of the currently selected account. It's optional and there are hidden preferences to control when it should go yellow/red.

    Nice to see this progressing further.

    I downloaded build 5528 but don't see the visual indicators yet regardless of which account is selected.

    How do I turn this on and configure it?

    (I checked the Hidden Preferences topic in the Help, but found no clues there…)
