add affordance for fully expanding a collapsed message

It would be great to have a keyboard shortcut to fully expand a collapsed message and its descendants. The converse would also be sensible, though personally I have less need for fully collapsing an expanded thread.

You can create a custom key binding for
expandThread:if you like to bind it to a specific key, but by default OS X supports holding down ⌥ when either clicking on the expansion triangle or when hitting ⇢.Does that fit your needs?
