Can't change IMAP settings, stuck in frozen loop

Hi, New to MailMate and was excited to try it. I use Protonmail and due to a change in my mail server my IMAP details changed. A box popped up saying "IMAP problem for 'Protonmail' account" as soon as my mail server settings changed, which makes sense. The problem is that I can't access anything on the MailMate app, it's frozen with permanent wheel spinning icon. I can't click 'File > Add IMAP Account' or Edit Accounts etc. or anything as it is frozen with this popup. Pressing any of the buttons brings the popup up again (Retry, Always Resynchronize, Resynchronize) I've deleted and reinstalled the app but it seems to have remembered my accounts?
Any idea?

If you don't mind starting over then remove this folder:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/MailMate
You would probably be able to access the account settings if you take the machine offline (preventing it from trying to synchronize the account).
