How to have a check domain recipient logic condition

In the hidden preferences, I have enabled Warn about external recipients. Is it possible to add logic conditions as in show a different warning or not allow two domains together in the same email such as venodor1.com and vendor2.com so that you could never send an email to those two on the same email or have some special warning to double triple make sure you can do that.
