No more negative sign

There is no more (negative sign) that used to be on the right upper field. This used to solve a lot of minor issues.

I think you just mean the minus shown as part of the “search bar” enabled by clicking “Search” in the toolbar (or using the shortcut). It is only shown when there is an active search.
