Mail folder won't synch

Hi Benny,

You helped me some years ago now with a problem, and I now have another. I suspect there must be a problem email in a folder.

I have an imap account and all folders synch except one (Mail 2019). On this one, I get the error message -

"MailMate encountered the following error: “Server response: “I10 BAD unknown systemflag”.”. Mailbox: “Mail 2019 from server”. "

Can you suggest how I might investigate this?

    It was one of the emails, although I'm not sure what it was. I split the folder into two and then two again until I identified the email. I deleted it, but then the Trash folder wouldn't synch properly, so I deleted it permanently and all is well. Stuart
