Sanitize canonical filter not working

I made a bundle containing two filters, one for html, one for canonical. I added the UUIDs to the respective sections of eventFilters.plist. But only the html filter seems to work. I also see no sanitizing event being triggered on the console, when replying to a plain text email. Is this a bug?
