OAUTH Not Showing for Custom Domain Office365 account

Hi,
My organization provides Office365 accounts that require browser authentication. This issue has been described in previous tickets however I was wondering if there is a fix for custom domains. It's an office365 account but with a custom domain so OAUTH check mark does not show up. I have verified that it works as an office365 account with Thunderbird.
