Haven't been able to figure out how to do a blind copy.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
You need to click on the icon at the far left of the status bar in the composer window. It shows a menu which allows you to enable/disable various headers and you can use “Use as Defaults Headers” to make your selection stick for new messages.
