changed email host, delete mailbox

Hi

I started using a new email hosting company, with my same email address. After migration to the new server, I created a new IMAP account in mailmate. Now I want to delete the old account IMAP mailboxes. "Delete Mailbox" is grayed out.

I have not gotten replies on my last couple of tickets. Please answer this one, and the previous one.
