Reply All after Reply

It used to be the case that, if I hit command-R to reply to a message and then realized that I wanted to reply-all, I could hit command-shift-R and all the additional recipients would be added. This no longer works (as of Version 1.14 (5937)). This was a small quality of life feature which would be great to have back.
