Could not resolve hostname

Hi,
all of a sudden I cannot send emails anymore, I get the error message "Could not resolve hostname smtp.fastmail.com (domain: 12, error:8)"
Works fine in Apple Mail, and on my iPhone. I reinstalled MailMate to no avail. Any ideas where I should look?
