custom gmail keybindings in smart mailbox

I have custom keybindings enabled in the preferences, with the default "Gmail" in the text field below.
In the Inbox, keybindings behave as expected, e: archive, !: report as span, r: reply ... and so on.
However, I have created smart mailboxes and these keybindings don't work. Is this something I can change?

I don't think an issue with key bindings is related to smart mailboxes, but I know I've fixed key binding related bugs. Try this: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane to get the latest test release.
Let me know if that does not fix your issue.

I updated as you suggested, and now am able to use the keybindings in those folders, thank you!
