Memory leak with build 5923 on Ventura/Mac M1

Please try the following:

• Open the utility Activity Monitor (Applications/Utilities).
• Select MailMate.
• Trigger the issue.
• Use “Sample Process” in Activity Monitor (in the popup menu).

Send me the result using “Help > Send Feedback”.

It appears to be related to drawing the message list. Maybe send me a screenshot such that I can see if anything might be out of the ordinary. You can use View > Distortion > Mode for privacy.

I didn't see your response for some reason. Anyhow, I sent you the screenshot as requested. I don't see anything that looks off in the list view.

Yes, I do have to force quit as the Mailmate process has the pinwheel of death.

I will note that I do not see any issue accessing the same messages with "organize by thread" disabled.

I just noticed something else interesting. The issue does not seem to occur in the All Messages meta folder.

This appears to be resolved in R5943.

I spoke too soon. It is not happening with all threads, but with some.
