cannot scroll email after pressing Download button for all images

Description
A HTML newsletter doesn't have the remote images loaded. I can still scroll to the bottom of the newsletter before loading the remote images. After pressing the "Download" button to load the remote images, I can no longer scroll to the bottom of the newsletter.
Expected
I can scroll to the bottom of a html email after clicking on the Download button to load remote images.
Actual
I cannot scroll to the bottom of a html email after clicking on the Download button to load remote images.
Probable Fix
After the Download button is pressed, the email viewer view/scrollbar viewport dimensions needs to be refreshed.
