Signatures not working

My HTML email Signatures and Markdown text have stopped working.
My signatures, as well as any Markdown text in the message body shows up perfectly formatted in the HTML preview window.
However, the received message has no signature - it only shows the Signature Name. Also, there is no HTML formatting, only the Markdown text is shown. (Tested in Outlook, Apple Mail and Mailmate).
Any idea?
I'm using Version 1.14 (5852)

Any idea on this? I'm guessing I have been an idiot somehow, and accidentally changed a setting which I don't realise....

I downloaded and installed a test build (5898) and the problem is solved.
