Mailmate 1.3.2 freezes on Monterey 12.3.1 M1Max

For the last several days Mailmate 1.13.2 (5673) has started freezing frequently and does not resolve. Only fix is to force quit & restart. It's running on Monterey 12.3.1 on a macBook Pro (16-inch 2021) M1 Max w/ 64GB memory.
Have tried shutting down the computer & restarting, as well as quitting Mailmate and restarting, but the problem continues. Length of time between freezes widely variable but sometimes as frequently as every 5 or 10 minutes.

Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane to get the latest test release. Then let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks a lot for replying so quickly.
I wasn’t aware of this trick. I completed the update.
The new layout looks awesome! I will keep you posted regarding stability.
