Default columns forgotten

Haven't tracked down yet exactly how to reproduce but MailMate consistently forget my default columns for message lists. I searched this site and it seems like this is an old issue. Is the cause known? Is it an open issue?

    The instability of saving column state is a known issue which unfortunately is unlikely to be fixed without a major rewrite of related code. Until then, you can reset mailbox related settings like this:

    defaults delete com.freron.MailMate MmMailboxRelatedStates

    That should make it behave better for some time, but the issue is likely to return eventually (seems to happen for some users more often than others).

    I have this issue as well - switching between mailboxes sometimes means I end up in my Inbox with the columns that would be used in a Sent mailbox (e.g. To instead of From). Is there a place where we can track/watch the known underlying issue so we know when there are updates here? Thank you.
