UI stuck removing signature block. r5871

When doing a wholesale deletion of extraneous text from a message including the signature, MM #5871 now pops up an annoying nag-warn modal dialog offering to open the signature editor, with an enticing "Do not show this warning again" checkbox.

Unfortunately, none of the buttons actually dismisses the dialog. I've now had to force-restart MM 3 times to recover from this trap.

    Disregarding that this feature doesn't really work as originally intended, I cannot reproduce this looping behavior (which might be a sign of a more general bug).

    Does it happen every time? Do you see it with r5872+ too?

    macOS release?
