Junk folder has lost its abilities

My Junk folder no longer shows any items, even though there are items in the Spam mailboxes of the various accounts I have. I can set up a smart folder selecting the contents of those mailboxes and see all the spam that way, but I can't right-click and 'Empty "Junk"'. Seems like something has gone wrong with this special folder.

PS: I reported this a few days ago, but that ticket has disappeared.

Within each account, try selecting the spam-related folder and check its state in the “Mailbox > Mailbox Type” menu.

(I hope/believe that the general spam issues on the ticket system are now resolved. Sorry about the inconvenience.)
