SpamSieve becomes unchecked after use

I check the box to enable SpamSieve and choose the inBox. For the first email the option to Evaluate or Recompute Score is enable. After that those options are grayed out and when I open the preferences again SpamSieve is unchecked.

This should only happen if MailMate fails to find/launch SpamSieve. Do you have SpamSieve installed and fully updated?
