"Reply-To:" is ignored

When answering mails that have a "Reply-To:" in their mail header it is ignored and when replying the sender (or mailing list) is replied to.

Could you try to see if you can reproduce this using the latest test release: Hold down the option key when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.

Use “Help > Send Feedback” to send me an example (drag the example into the email). I'll then review the headers to see if I can figure out what triggers the issue (if I can reproduce it).
