Feature Request: Today's Day/Date Smart Folder Condition

I have some messages (invoices) that I batch process once per week. I tag these with "invoice" right now and have this tag hidden from my "Real Inbox" smart folder.
I'd like to be able to show these messages in my "Real Inbox" if the current day is a Tuesday, but it would require a new Condition option to do this (unless I'm missing something). So on Tuesday it would show me all the Invoices from the prior week, but if I miss it this week, it'd show me next week for example.
