Crash after updating IMAP folders on server

Mailmate crashes upon opening, after briefly showing main window.
This happened after deleting extraneous IMAP folders on external server via cPanel interface.
What best approach to fix? Will I lose account info if I reinstall?

Crash avoided by manually editing the plist of IMAP folder structures for each account where changes had been made on the server.
