Older rules don't show up

I have a number of rules for quite some time and they are still performed (mostly moving and marking as read), but when I added a new one, I noticed that the old rules don't show up in the rules edit dialog. I added the new rule and that one does show up when I edit rules for that mailbox again. According to the Mailboxes.plist, the new rule is attached to a specific "imap://.../INBOX" whereas the old rules are attached to the uuid that is just "INBOX".
