Numbered list shows up differently in sent vs inbox

See the numbering on the list in the screenshots.

Numbering shows up correctly while composing.
One is from my sent box, one is a reply in my inbox showing the contents of my previously sent message. Note the difference in the numbered lists.
I'm on build 1.13.1 (5699).
