Can only send email from one account

I have two accounts set up, but I can only send mail from one of them. When I compose a new message or reply to a message, I only see one option for the From account. The one I am unable to use is ProtonMail (not sure it matters, but just in case). I can receive mail at this account but cannot send from it.

    Bump. How should I go about troubleshooting this? I'm on day 30 of my trial and this is a dealbreaker for me.

    Sorry about the late reply!

    Let's focus on the missing value in the popup. Do you have a value in the “Email Address(es)” field of the account (in the IMAP account settings window --> File > Edit IMAP Account > ...)?

    No worries.

    I checked the “Email Address(es)” field, and sure enough, there was nothing there. Once I added the email address it started working. Thanks for the help!
