so, i had to update so i could do development on marketing emails from mailchimp, which won't load in r5767, and now i'm back to the same problem. any further thoughts? r5767 won't load background html images across the network no matter what security setting i use. friday! thanks.

Could you try the (currently) latest test release: r5774.
