Ordering tags in preferences not possible

Ordering tags in the preference pane fails in unpredictable ways. Rarely, a tag can be dragged to a new position successfully. Most often, I cannot drag a tag at all or when attempting to drop a tag in the desired position it isn't moved but a seemingly unrelated tag is moved there instead. Very annoying since I would like to order my tags such that the ones I use most often are at the top of the dropdown button in the main window.

Upon further inspection it looks like I can only move a tag successfully after I selected it in the list explicitly.
